The Kala SMHG-FS UBass electro-acoustic ukulele combines classic materials with head-turning tone. The body is all Solid Mahogany with a Rosewood fingerboard for a thick low end and lots of warmth. The Shadow active pickup faithfully transfers your tone to an amplifier. There's also an included case.

This U-Bass model was Kala’s first design of a bass ukulele, and has become a musician’s favourite for nearly ten years. The size is easily portable, yet the tone produced has a surprising punch and focus. The custom-designed Shadow pickup features an EQ and tuner for easy use live. Kala's choice of a solid Mahogany body with a Rosewood fingerboard is the ideal combination for warmth and a well ageing tone.
