Established in 1927, Kawai is now one of the largest music manufacturers in the world. Kawai focuses only on creating high-quality acoustic and digital pianos and have produced some of the most famous concert grand pianos in the world, such as the Shigeru Kawai EX and Shigeru Kawai SK-5. In creating their range of digital pianos, Kawai makes use of this expertise to replicate as closely as possible the experience of playing an acoustic grand piano. In-Built Lessons

Developing your skills has never been easier thanks to Kawai’s lesson features. The Concert Magic has 88 integrated songs, varying from classical to Christmas, with adjustable rhythm and tempo. The Concert Magic intuitively adjusts to your playing, making it suitable for anyone wanting to enhance their sense of rhythm. The onboard Alfred’s Basic Piano lessons offer a more traditional layout for learning music, whilst still remaining easy to use and accessible to all.

LCD Screen Display

The CS11’s digital screen makes editing and navigation easier than ever. The dedicated buttons to control the metronome, recording functions and effects provide easy access to the different features. The screen and controls are in an optimum position for using quickly in a performance or recording situation. The backlighting on the screen makes it easy to read in different lighting.

5 Year European Warranty

As an expression of the confidence Kawai have in the design and manufacturing of their instruments, they offer a 5-year warranty for parts and labour with all their digital pianos. Within the first two years, which is covered by Gear4music, simply contact our Customer Services team on 0330 365 444 and we will organise the repair/replacement, subject to issue. Kawai will honour any manufacturing defects after this two year period subject to completing the warranty information which will be enclosed with your piano and Kawai will organise the repair/replacement as deemed necessary.

Delivery

Standard Courier Delivery

When you add this product to your shopping basket, you will be provided with our standard courier delivery option. This will deliver the piano to the front door on the ground floor of your house or building. This service will not deliver the piano into your home. *Please note that if there is not a ground floor entrance we may not be able to deliver there. You may also need to help the delivery driver as this product comes packaged in large boxes. This may not be suitable if you are unable to help the driver if required, or if you need the piano delivering upstairs. Please consider whether this is the most appropriate delivery service for you, as other delivery options are available at an additional cost.

2 Man Delivery Service

The delivery personnel will deliver the piano to a ground room floor of your choice, rather than just the front door. Please note that this service will take a few days longer than the standard courier. If you would require a 2 man delivery service, please contact us on 0330 365 4444 for further information.

Delivery And Installation Service

This service can be arranged on an ad-hoc basis via a specialist piano delivery company. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed until we have made arrangements with the delivery company. If you would prefer a delivery and installation service, please contact our sales team on 0330 365 4444 who will be happy to set up a quotation for you and provide you with more information on this service.
