The Tape Express is supplied with a USB cable and ION Audio's exclusive EZ Vinyl/Tape Converter software, so you can start converting your music immediately. It can be battery powered for portability, or USB powered for convenience while using the converter software. The device is class compliant - it is immediately compatible with every current and future version of Mac OS X and iOS and with Windows (98SE and up) operating systems, allowing you to use it straight away without any drivers.
