Teach your kids to samba. You'll be able to get all your class involved in making a samba rhythm together. Included is a DVD that teaches them how to play samba rhythms with the different percussion instruments.

All Instruments for a Full Samba Rhythm

There's 15 instruments included altogether, along with a range of accessories. You'll get bass, mid and high lead drums to play your rhythms including three compact and lightweight surdos, a repinique, two caixas, three tamborims, three agogo bells, three shakers, and a samba whistle.

You'll get a range of accessories. Included are two snare belts and a repinique sling, allowing you to suspend the instrument from your body whilst you play, carnival style. You'll also get a number of beaters to play the percussion with.

About Contemporánea

Contemporánea is a longstanding drums and percussion music shop in the historic centre of São Paulo. A large part of their strategy has been intensive contact with musicians, and every Saturday morning many musicians meet up at the shop to play in the back room of the shop.
