Based on the iconic EMG 707 humbuckers, the 808s eliminate the problem with a muddy F# string, which usually lacks in rich harmonics and sonic definition. Its alnico V loaded, wide aperture coils are perfect solution for beefing up the low tones, while also maintaining a balanced and articulate upper register fora super tight response.
Sculpted for perfection
The ash body tonewood is surprisingly loud and bright, adding a strong midrange punch and crisp, warm bass to the overall tone. That, combined with the natural 5A grade flamed maple top, creates an incredibly captivating aesthetic, enhancing anyone’s stage presence. Rusty Cooley
Born in 1970, Rusty Cooley is an American guitarist known for his incredible shredding abilities and instructional DVDs. After three years of playing, Rusty became a guitar instructor and has since had many successful pupils such as Chris Storey (All Shall Perish) and Mica Roth (Hybreed). Having released solo music and making guest appearances on other bands albums, Rusty Cooley is considered to be one of the fastest guitarists in modern music.
