Seymour Duncan sonics
Tight, aggressive, and ripping. That's the sounds you'll get from a pair of deadly Seymour Duncan Blackouts. Because they're active humbuckers you're going to get tonnes of output, enough to drive any amp past the point of breakup for some gnarly tones. Not only that, but the active electronics also means you'll get stunning clarity in your playing, even at high gain settings
At the bridge is an AHB-1 that delivers the massive crunch needed for a full-metal assault. Possessing ample cut and a clear articulation, it can easily keep up with rapid riffage, as well as handle those rumbling, guttural lows. If you like your music in drop-tunings, the blackouts will handle it without breaking a sweat. At the neck, it's tuned to go even deeper into the lower end, adding more presence to your notes for chunky rhythms, or extra-body to your solos.
Sustain is the aim
Massive note impact. Everything on the RRX24 is going to ring out with a colossal presence thanks to its many sustain-enhancing features. Firstly, those Seymour Duncan's are tremendously high output, naturally increasing the length your notes will last. But that's combined with a neck-through design and a stable Floyd Rose bridge. In unison these components create a sonorous, powerful voice that's perfect for adding an extra gut-punch to your songs.
Hyper-Speed riffs
Expert playability. Built for the shredders and virtuoso players, this maple neck will help any guitarist reach new heights of technical skills. That's thanks to its ultra-slim and slick feel, that affords your fingers loads of room on the fingerboard. As it's so sleek, you can change position at a lightning pace, enabling you to dart around the board for those demanding solos.
Hosting a laurel fretboard in a compound radius, you'll find anything you want to play is fluid and effortless. Featuring a sharper curve nearer the nut, complex chords become a breeze to execute. As you move up the fretboard, this curve flattens out, allowing for expansive solos and extreme pitch bends. Teamed with jumbo sized frets, those pitch bends can go as far as you like without choking out.
Floyd Rose fun
Rule the stage. What sizzling solo isn't made better by some adventurous whammy bar action? To prove this point, the RRX24 features an exceptional Floyd Rose locking tremolo bridge. Wicked divebombs and tremulous flutters are easy to draw out, and this spectacular bridge does it in style. And don't be afraid of overusing the whammy bar, because the locking nut and excellent engineering of this bridge means your tuning will be stable throughout a whole set.
