A defined legacy. The McCarty series is dedicated to Ted McCarty, one of the pioneers of electric guitars. PRS have made these guitars the centrepieces of their innovations in homage to McCarty's own knack for innovation. Refined humbuckers
They work hard. Delivering clear, punchy, articulate tone, the 58/15 Low Turn humbuckers will take your sound where it needs to go. Offering plenty of output but being well balanced tonally, they'll project your riffs with pristine clarity, whether you’re using lots of gain or none at all. You'll be unlocking heaps of sonic potential through using these refined powerhouses.
The bridge pickup has the classic, high output humbucker voicing with more than enough bite and growl mixed with warmth and balance.
