The Tanglewood TW2TE Winterleaf Travel Electro Acoustic Guitar is crafted with an all-mahogany body and offers an earthy, balanced tone that sits well in any mix. Mahogany build
The Tanglewood TW2 TE Winterleaf Travel Electro Acoustic is crafted from mahogany, and provides a superb grain, rich tones and a glorious resonance. Mahogany is a dense wood capable of delivering a warm and woody tone with a slightly emphasised midrange. What's more, mahogany also offers a balanced sound that accommodates a versatile range of different playing styles, and is a great choice for those looking for one instrument that can handle a variety of styles.
Onboard electronics
The Tanglewood TW2 TE Winterleaf Travel Electro Acoustic is equipped with TEQ-TGT electronics for added volume when needed. Control options are displayed on a discreet EQ side-mount, located on the upper bout for easy access. In addition, a built-in tuner is also included for precise tuning on the fly. This travel size guitar is also equipped with a set of EXP11 strings, which deliver the ideal balance of volume, projection and comfortable playability. These high-quality, coated strings are crafted from plain steel, with a hexagonal cores made of High Carbon Steel, manufactured in New York. Each string is highly engineered, break-resistant, and delivers unprecedented strength and pitch stability, as well as a long-lasting tone.
