The PRO features the exact SteadyClock FS circuit that exists in RME's industry-leading ADI-2 Pro AD/DA converter. Although its predecessor was impressive, it has nothing on this interface. Thanks to an upgraded analog PLL circuit, the level of self-jitter that the PRO offers can normally only be found in master quartz clock mode. The all new design means that jitter is as low as a femtosecond. That's one quadrillionth of a second! Impressive right?
