Do whatever you want with The Rebel Technology OWL Fully Programmable Digital Audio Module. OWL is completely open ended. Upload whatever patch you can dream of, make your own or get them from Rebel Technology's own library of patches. It comes shipped with 40 patches - delay, echo, drum machines, and many more - but there are over 150 more on Rebel Technology's website archive and library. C++, FAUST, Pure Data, and Max Gen patches can written by yourself or others and uploaded to OWL, all running smoothly thanks to the ARM Cortex M4 processor. OWL allows you to push the limits of what is possible with modular synthesis. There are so many patches to choose from and as the community grows, so does the library. Rebel Technology's online base is constantly expanding, meaning you'll find lots of support on Rebel Technology's website. The old cliche rings true, the possibilities really are endless.
Whilst all this may sound complicated, it couldn't be further from the truth. The OWL has been built with usability at the forefront of the design process. The on-board controls allow you to switch between OWL's functionality at the push of a button and the twist of a knob. Use it for whatever function you desire, and change it during performances with ease and speed. OWL is a powerful tool but it could not be easier to use.
